  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Other Locations in India: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional offers.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Customers can track their orders using the tracking information provided.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

Incorrect Address

NavaKart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available on selected products and locations.

NavaKart reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders based on internal checks.


Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  1. Take photos immediately
  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  3. Share your order number and issue details
